AIM Team Rep Meetings

The following are the dates for the AIM Team Rep meetings:

Thursday, January 14, 2010 @ the Village Glen, 162 Mill Street 7-8pm
Thursday, February 18, 2010 @ the VG 7-8pm
Thursday, March 18, 2010 @ the VG 7-8pm
Thursday, April 15, 2010 @ the VG 7-8 pm

Thursday May 6, 2010 @ the VG 7-8pm - IMPORTANT FINAL MEETING TO ASSURE COVERAGE OF ALL ACTIVITIES/FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

A representative from each team should be present at each meeting.

The meetings will be held to one hour long. If anyone has any issues please send them to the Tournament Director prior to the meetings.

AIM Program Ad Information and Forms

Included on this page are all the forms that are needed to sell program ads. It is every team’s responsibility to the club to sell ads for the AIM Program Guide. Each team does have a quota to sell and will be assigned a volunteer responsibility for the tournament. If the teams fufill that responsbility they will receive compensation. PLEASE SCROLL THROUGH THE AD SALES FROM LAST YEAR. WE ASK THAT YOU NOT APPROACH A SOURCE THAT ANOTHER TEAM HAS ALREADY SECURED.
