AIM Team Rep Meetings

The following are the dates for the AIM Team Rep meetings:

Wednesday, January 11 @ the Village Glen, 162 Mill Street 730 pm

Wednesday, February 29 @ the VG at 730pm

Tuesday, April 17 @ the VG  -ADVERTISING SALES ARE DUE AT THIS MEETING - Plan to drop off any checks and ads that have not previously been submitted online or by mail

WEDNESDAY May 16 @ the VG 730 pm- IMPORTANT FINAL MEETING TO ASSURE COVERAGE OF ALL ACTIVITIES/FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

bring your team assignment sheet to this meeting with names and times of volunteers.


A representative from each team should be present at each meeting.

The meetings will be held to one hour long.  If anyone has any issues please send them to the Tournament Director prior to the meetings.

AIM Program Ad Information and Forms
Included on this page are all the forms that are needed to sell program ads.  It is every team’s responsibility to the club to sell ads for the AIM Program Guide.  Each team does have a quota to sell and will be assigned a volunteer responsibility for the tournament.  If the teams fufill that responsbility they will receive compensation.  PLEASE SCROLL THROUGH THE AD SALES FROM LAST YEAR.  WE ASK THAT YOU NOT APPROACH A SOURCE THAT ANOTHER TEAM HAS ALREADY SECURED.

    ALL ADS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH CHECKS BY 4/15 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR CREDIT AND PRINTING.  NO PAYMENT, NO CREDIT.  PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A DIGITAL AD UNTIL THE CHECK CAN ALSO BE SUBMITTED.
