You can submit your application by completing our on-line application form and paying by credit card.

Mail

Submit all information online and send a check later.  We must receive the check within a reasonable time frame after completion of your application or it will be deleted.  Just exit at the payment screen after completing all required information.  Please include your team age group on the check.
