The process of coordinating, managing, and budgeting for travel team can be a little complex. Several volunteers have prepared documents that can assist coaches and managers in the process. Rosters and Passes

Please remember that once you have all your kids paid and registered, you will need to send a listing of your players with their jersey numbers and your team name to registrar@amherstsoccer.com. You must also make sure that your coach’s pass is vaild. No Coaches or Assistants can be placed on a team if they do not have a vaild pass. The roster and players passes will be generated and I will leave them in the VG conference room for you within 7 days or I can prepare them for pickup at my house. I will leave all items on the front door. If you do not have a valid Risk Management/Coach’s Pass contact the riskmanager@amherstsoccer.com to process one. Every team must have a valid pass for their Coach, Assistant and Manager before I can generate a roster.
