Please remember that once you have all your kids paid and registered, you will need to send a listing of your players with their jersey numbers and your team name to the registrar at registrar@amherstsoccer.com.  You must also make sure that your coach’s pass is vaild.  No Coaches or Assistants can be placed on a team if they do not have a vaild pass. The roster and players passes will be generated and I will mail them to  you within 7 days or I can prepare them for pickup at my house.  I will leave all items on the front door.  If you do not have a valid Risk Management/Coach’s Pass contact the ASA Risk Coordinator to process one.  Every team must have a valid pass for their Coach, Assistant and Manager before I can generate a roster.

Each team must identify which player is going to be a secondary player.  That would mean that they play for Buffalo United as the primary club.  We will issue a secondary pass for that player AFTER you obtain the secondary team release from the premier coach.  I will not generate your roster with that player until you secure that form and provide to me.  Each player will need to obtain a secondary player release form from www.nyswysa.org and complete it.  This form has to be signed by both the primary coach and secondary coach.

BWNYJSL has instituted a 5 player dual-card policy beginning this year.  NO PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED BY BUFFALO UNITED TO DUAL CARD UNLESS THEY ARE A "BLUE" TEAM PLAYER.  NO PLAYER IS ALLOWED TO DUAL CARD BY THE LEAGUE IF THEY ARE 13 OR OLDER.  THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO QUEEN CITY, DELAWARE, ETC. PLAYERS IF THEIR TEAM IS NOT REGISTERED TO PLAY IN A LEAGUE.  There are no waivers or exceptions granted.  ASA recommends that the coaches think about what situations this creates for the team and consult with Rudy before accepting 5 dual-carded players on your team.  You can have less or none if you as the coach desire.  Please check www.bwnyjsl.org  for the latest info and procedures you must follow to comply.
