Captains: Captains for the outdoor season will be earned based on attitude, effort, concentration, attendance and sportsmanship. These captains will be chosen by the coaches and influenced by the "leadership" homework completed in March by the players. The plan is to have two monthly captains for May, June, and July. The basis for these captains will primarily be since play began in November, but can be influenced over the next couple of months. In addition, a weekly captain will be chosen based on the prior week’s play. The Captain’s roles include leading the team during warm-ups, participate in pre-game meetings with referees and opponents’ captains, set a good example, and be supportive of teammates.
