Position & Responsibilities Completion Date
Team Manager  
 - Volunteer Risk Management Passes (form at www.amherstsoccer.com) asap
   - Get a valid pass & ensure Co-Coaches & Treasurer have valid passes  
 - Notarized Player Medical Release Forms (form at www.amherstsoccer.com) by 1st practice
   - Collect & Maintain File  
   - Make a Copy for the Coach  
 - Player Information / Team List asap
   - Have parents verify & update  
   - Provide full Team List to Coach  
   - Provide Player Roster List w/ Team Numbers to ASA Registrar (registrar@amherstsoccer.com) & Team Website Master  
   - Distribute Phone Tree & Team Roster to Team (Player, Parents, Phone #’s)  
 - Player Birth Certificates: Collect & Maintain File by 1st practice
 - Parent/Player Pledges: Distribute & Collect completed forms asap
 - Volunteer Supervisor: assist coach in managing aspects of team on-going
 - Player Passes before 1st game
   - Collect picture from all players  
   - Paste pictures, get signatures & laminate passes (upon receipt of final roster)  
   - Provide to Coach  
 - Indoor Season Registration Nov/Dec
     
Treasurer  
 - Team Checking Account: Set-up w/ bank (most offer no-fee accts for youth groups) asap
 - Receipts Nov - Feb
   - Collect all player payments  
   - Work with Families & Coach for special circumstances  
   - Make Deposits of all Funds Received  
 - Payments as needed
   - Pay or reimburse for team expenses, tourney fees  
   - Keep a copy of all receipts  
 - Budget on-going
   - Maintain Excel Worksheet  
   - Keep Coach up-to-date of budget status  
 - Year-end ASA club report of budget, receipts & payments Jul/Aug
     
AIM Representatives (2) Jan-May
 - Attend AIM Meetings  
 - Coordinating ad sales  
 - Coordinating team responsibilites with families  
     
Tourney Director Jan-May
 - Research potential tournaments  
 - Facilitate/Coordinate Team Consensus  
 - Registration (on-line & day of tourney)  
 - Coordinating travel arrangements (if necessary)  
     
Directions Coordinator  
 - Providing directions to all "away" games and tournaments Apr
