PRESEASON PREP CAMP DAILY SCHEDULE
9:00 - 9:15am	1v1 Game vs different opponent each day
9:15 - 9:30am	Footwork / Agility / Strength / Fexibility Work
9:30 - 9:50am	Individual Technical Work
9:50 - 10:20am	Small Group Circuit Training
10:20 - 10:40am	Active Rest and Recovery Period
10:40 - 11:00am	Individual Technical Work
11:00am - 12:00pm	Competitive Small Sided Games

“Players will be pushed hard throughout the week. The goal is for this camp to be a springboard to refine technical ability and give players that late summer push of soccer-specific fitness training prior to jumping into High School or College preseason. Preparation is the key to a healthy and successful preseason and regular season at the highest levels. This camp will give players a solid foundation on which to build.”

SUMMER SOCCER CAMP JULY 12 - 16

Location	North French Soccer Complex		20 minutes	Juggling, Camper sign-in
Dates	Monday, July 12 - Friday, July 16		10 minutes	Coaches Demo
Times / Ages	9am-12pm (5-12 yr. olds) 1pm-4pm (13-17 yr. olds)		25 minutes	Age Group Technical Warm-up
Cost	$129 (checks payable to ASA or pay online )		40 minutes	Technical Training Stations
Bring	Ball, Shin Guards, Water, Snack, Energy		20 minutes	Camper Challenge / snack break
Register	Online here		20 minutes	Warm-up Game
	Includes Camp T-shirt!		50 minutes	4v4 / 5v5 Games
	Open to all!   - Amherst Resident or not!		10 minutes	Camper of the Day
